PLACING THE ORDER

Prices for countries outside the European Union:

• All prices exclude VAT.
• Additional taxes or duties apply upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations.

Prices for countries within the European Union, VAT:

VAT rates differ by country in the EU. To ensure accurate pricing, select your delivery country when you first visit the site or from the country list in the top-left corner. The final price will automatically adjust to reflect the VAT rate applicable to your location.

Order confirmation and follow-up

After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our team will contact you only if specific details about your order need to be discussed. Otherwise, you will receive an automated "preparation in progress" email.

PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING

The shipping period is written under the title of each product.

Production Time: 2 to 10 working days, depending on whether the products are in-stock or need to be produced.

In-stock alternatives: We keep various models and standard sizes in stock. If you need faster delivery, let us know in the order comments, and we’ll suggest similar in-stock options.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive two automated emails - one confirming that "your order has been shipped" and another with tracking information to monitor your delivery online.

Loyalty Rewards: After 30 days of your order being shipped, you can redeem your loyalty rewards.

Economy Shipping (Europe Only)

• Available for parcels up to 5 kg (volume weight).
• Delivery time varies by destination within Europe.

DHL Express Air Shipping (Worldwide)

• Available for parcels up to 10 kg (volume weight).
• Fast and reliable service to destinations worldwide.

Below are the detailed tariffs and estimated delivery periods for different regions:

Worldwide Delivery: Zeazoo delivers to most countries globally, excluding those in active military conflict or neighboring such regions. The delivery cost may be higher for areas considered with a high-risk, because of their locations next to military zones or other unexpected circumstances.

Right to Decline Delivery: Zeazoo reserves the right to decline delivery and cancel orders if the customer or the destination are considered risky. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

COURIER

Some parcels with Economy shipping will be delivered by your national postal service and others by a local shipping company, DHL or DPD.

Parcels sent with Express shipping are always delivered by DHL.

DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date for the Economy shipping option. Sometimes the delivery period is longer than those described above, due to courier service delays and/or force major reasons.
