Zeazoo recommends selecting a size that is 5 to 8mm longer in inner length than the actual length of the feet.
WIDE or NARROW PRODUCTS: In case the product is defined as "WIDE" or "NARROW", add or subtract 5mm from the value in column: MAXIMUM CIRCUMFERENCE (TOES) IN CM.
The width concerns the leather part, not the sole, which means that if the product is "Wide" then the leather part is with 5mm wider compared to the value in the table, and vice versa for the "Narrow" products.

After trying these, there’s no going back to the sandals that are mass produced and designed without the anatomy of the foot in mind, which is ridiculous. There is no need of a break in period, which some have come to accept as part of wearing a pair of shoes (I was, for a long time). These are comfortable from the get go, as it should be. I bought them in black as well. They are also great.
